1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website (palsbydesign.co), purchasing products from our online store, or scheduling mobile RV service with Pals By Design LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Pals By Design LLC provides mobile RV service and repair throughout the greater Milwaukee and Grafton, Wisconsin area. All service work is performed on-site at your location. Service availability is subject to scheduling, geographic limits, and technician capacity.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All service calls begin with a written estimate. Work will not commence until the estimate is approved by the customer. Final invoices are based on actual hours worked, parts used, and applicable travel fees, all of which are outlined on our Pricing page. Pals By Design reserves the right to update pricing at any time; however, any approved estimate is honored for that service visit.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payment methods. Invoices left unpaid for more than 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting service, ensure the RV or vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time, and disclose any known hazards. Pals By Design is not liable for delays or inability to complete work caused by inaccessible or unsafe conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pals By Design LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, issues unrelated to the work performed, or damage caused by customer-supplied parts. Our liability for any claim arising from a service visit is limited to the amount paid for that service visit.

7. Online Store

Product listings in our online store are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on palsbydesign.co — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Pals By Design LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ozaukee County, Wisconsin.
