Pals By Design LLC ships RV parts and accessories across the United States via our supplier network. Most orders ship within 3-7 business days. Tracking is provided once your order ships. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.

Online Store Orders

Orders for parts and accessories placed through our online store are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by product and supplier, and generally range from 5–14 business days for standard shipping within the United States.

We work with trusted suppliers and ship directly to you. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Carriers & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any applicable offer will be displayed at checkout.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or supply chain issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us at service@palsbydesign.co and we’ll track it down for you.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Mobile RV Service — No Shipping Required

Mobile RV service is performed on-site at your location. There is no shipping involved in our service work. Travel fees apply as outlined on our Pricing page.
