Pals By Design LLC is a Wisconsin family business. We're based in Grafton, just north of Milwaukee, and we run two things: a curated catalog of RV parts and outdoor gear, and a mobile RV service that travels to where your rig is parked.

Mobile RV Service

We service privately owned RVs and trailers in Ozaukee, Sheboygan, Washington, and Milwaukee counties. Repairs, diagnostics, dewinterization, winterization, troubleshooting, and the small fixes that keep you out of the dealer shop. We come to you.

The Online Store

Every product on this site is something we'd carry in our own RV or recommend to a customer at a service call. Water filters, surge protectors, leveling blocks, the boring essentials that make trips smoother. We ship from US warehouses with free shipping over $75.
