Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3-7 business days from our US warehouse network. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Larger or international items may take 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $75 ship free in the continental US. Orders under $75 have a flat $7.99 shipping rate.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse. If you can't find it, email service@palsbydesign.co with your order number.

Do you ship outside the US?

Right now we only ship within the continental United States. International shipping is on our roadmap.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Take a photo of the damage and email service@palsbydesign.co within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund — your choice.

Do you guarantee your mobile service work?

Yes. All mobile RV service work is guaranteed for 30 days from completion. If something we touched fails in that window, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Mobile RV Service

Where do you offer mobile RV service?

Ozaukee, Sheboygan, Washington, and Milwaukee counties in southeastern Wisconsin. We travel within roughly a 50-mile radius of Grafton, WI. Outside that area, contact us — we'll see what's possible.

What does mobile service cost?

  • Standard labor: $200/hour
  • Emergency / after-hours: $300/hour
  • Diagnostic fee: $165 (waived if you book the repair)
  • Travel: $100 base + $2.50/mile beyond 25 miles from Grafton

Do you service campgrounds and parks?

We're focused on privately owned units and locations right now. Commercial sites including campgrounds can join the waitlist — email service@palsbydesign.co.

Do you have a physical store?

No retail walk-in location. We operate online and run our mobile RV service out of Grafton. All orders ship direct from US warehouses.
