At Pals By Design, we believe you should know exactly what to expect before we ever arrive. Below is our complete pricing structure for all mobile RV services. Every job is quoted up front based on these published rates.
Labor Rates

| Emergency / Same-Day Service | $300.00 / hour | Requested same-day or within 4 hours of contact |
| After-Hours Service | $300.00 / hour | Service outside 8am–6pm Mon–Sat |
| Diagnostic Fee | $165.00 flat | Credited toward labor if you proceed with the repair |
Minimum charge per visit: $200.00 — Every dispatch is billed at a minimum of one full hour regardless of time on site.
Travel Fees
Travel fees are charged per dispatch and cover fuel, vehicle wear, and drive time. Mileage is calculated one-way from our Grafton, WI base location.

Parts & Materials
All parts and materials required to complete your service are charged at our standard retail rate. Pricing reflects sourcing, handling, and the warranty we stand behind on every component we install.
If you choose to supply your own parts, a parts verification fee of $35 applies to inspect compatibility and condition before installation. Pals By Design cannot warranty labor performed with customer-supplied parts.
Estimates & Invoicing
- Every job receives a written estimate before work begins.
- Final invoice is based on actual hours worked plus parts and travel.
- Payment is due upon completion of service.
- We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payments.
