At Pals By Design, we bring certified mobile RV service directly to your driveway, campsite, storage lot, or any location your RV calls home. We serve Grafton, Milwaukee, Ozaukee County, and surrounding southeastern Wisconsin communities.

Services We Provide

Routine Maintenance & Inspection

Keep your RV in peak condition between trips. We handle full pre-trip inspections, seasonal maintenance, roof and seal checks, battery testing, fluid checks, slide-out lubrication, and general walkthroughs to catch small issues before they become expensive ones.

Electrical Systems

From 12V DC systems to 120V shore power, we diagnose and repair RV electrical issues including dead batteries, converter and inverter failures, wiring shorts, lighting, outlet failures, and solar system troubleshooting. We also handle generator service and hookup diagnostics.

Plumbing & Water Systems

Fresh water, grey water, black water — we service it all. Leak diagnosis and repair, water pump replacement, water heater service (tank and tankless), winterization, de-winterization, and full system flushes. If water is involved in your RV, we can help.

Appliance Service & Repair

RV refrigerators, furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, stoves, and microwaves all require specialized service that most general technicians aren't equipped for. We carry the tools and parts to diagnose and repair the appliances that make your RV livable.

Roof, Seals & Exterior

Roof delamination, soft spots, failing seals, and slide-out weatherstripping are among the most common — and most overlooked — RV problems. We inspect, repair, and re-seal to stop water intrusion before it causes structural damage.

Slide-Outs & Leveling Systems

Slide-outs that hesitate, bind, or won't retract are a serious problem on the road. We service hydraulic, electric, and manual slide systems, leveling jacks, and stabilizers to make sure your rig deploys and retracts reliably every time.

Emergency & Same-Day Service

Broken down at a campground? Slide-out stuck? AC down in July? We offer emergency and same-day service for urgent situations. Emergency rates apply — see our Pricing page for details — but we'll get there as fast as we can.
